Unstable Steps
Unstable Steps is an project for my honours module at Abertay University.STILL IN DEVELOPMENTUnstable Steps is an emotional and immersive game that invites players into the life of a father battling Multiple Sclerosis, through the eyes of his daughter, the game's developer. The game blends personal narrative with interactive mechanics to showcase how MS affects the father's daily life, both physically and emotionally. As the father’s voice narrates his experiences and thoughts, players navigate challenges that mirror his struggles—like fatigue, mobility issues, and cognitive changes. The game also highlights accessibility options, encouraging empathy and understanding through the player's experience of these real-world obstacles. Ultimately, it’s a powerful journey of resilience, connection, and awareness.
